After working with educators and students for 30 years, we have developed curriculum that works! Our techniques remove the fear of failure that can block creative expression. As a result, our students produce artwork beyond their imagination. We’ve found that the resulting experience of success, instead of fear of failure, carries over into all areas of life.
We hope to ignite the imagination of future innovators! Everyone is creative in their own way, and with our simple techniques students are amazed at their creative potential.

At KidzArt Studio, we embrace and center our program around both process and project-based teaching methods providing a creative space for children ages 5 -12 to learn and explore art through classes, camps, and workshops. What is Process Art?
Process art is a child-led experience where children have complete freedom of artistic expression. Process art focuses entirely on the process of art-making, never about the end product, or putting expectations on the child to create art a specific way, or deliver a specific end result. Because there are no guidelines, process art becomes an open-ended, creative and enjoyable experience for children to freely explore their artistic interests - resulting in artwork that is unique and entirely the child’s own.

What is Project-Based Art?
Project (or product) based art focuses on a final outcome. The final outcome is similar among all students in the class, with varying changes based on each child’s individual artistic styles and vision. Project based art classes are step-by-step, and involve teaching one or more techniques that children can easily learn and apply to their artwork. As a group, children create the same project but are encouraged to apply techniques in ways they choose. Children are encouraged to be creative and apply their unique style through individual color choices, details, and modifications.

Birthday Parties Make your child's birthday party one to remember with an art party at our studio! Guests will have a BLAST creating a special piece of art while our talented artists show them step by step instructions.
